I had so much fun creating this piece! You can see it’s kind of wild with the paint splatters through the sky and in the water. I got the paper very watered down before I laid any pigment down, and then I worked in layers, drying in between with a heat gun. It’s so fun to play around with mediums in non-typical ways. It helps me continue to learn how the particular medium behaves, and it helps to keep the childlike awe and wonder alive in my heart.
